Assist. Prof. Dr. Soliman Alkhatib specializes in applied statistics, reliability analysis, civil engineering applications, numerical and semi-analytical methods for solving partial differential equations, fractional differential equations, and Grobner’s bases with their engineering applications. He has supervised multiple master’s and doctoral research projects in algebraic equations, polynomial resultants, Grobner’s bases, and algebraic surfaces. His expertise includes computer programming for mathematical applications, LaTeX, Microsoft Office, and operating systems such as Windows, Unix, and Macintosh, with additional skills in English and French. He has taught a wide range of courses including general mathematics, numerical analysis, statistics, vector analysis, graph theory, algebraic structures, number theory, lattice theory, complex analysis, linear programming, differential equations, and financial mathematics across universities in Syria and Egypt. His work also involves experimental methods and reliability analysis.
