Assoc Prof. Dr.Christian Kenfack Sadem | Condensed Matter Physics | Editorial Board Member
University of Dschang | Cameroon
Christian Kenfack Sadem is an Associate Professor with extensive experience in university teaching, research, postgraduate supervision, and academic leadership. He has held multiple lecturing and visiting lecturer positions across major institutions in Cameroon and has coordinated large undergraduate physics programs while teaching a broad range of courses from general physics to advanced condensed-matter theory. He has supervised numerous master’s and PhD theses in areas spanning quantum systems, exciton–polaron dynamics, black hole physics, and renewable energy. His research contributions focus on polarons, bipolarons, exciton–polaron interactions, graphene, and transition-metal dichalcogenides, with significant findings on laser-controlled quasiparticle behavior, magnetic-field effects, and optical signatures in emerging semiconductors. He has served on academic juries, reviewed scientific works, participated in international research programs, and contributed to conference organization. He is also a recipient of several competitive research fellowships and is an active member of scientific networks. Alongside strong teaching achievements, he has supported student research leading to numerous publications and has additional expertise in scientific programming using Matlab, Fortran, and Python, with experience in climate and numerical modeling
