Dr. Frank Breve is a nationally and internationally recognized clinical pharmacist, pharmaceutical consultant, and academic leader with over four decades of professional experience in healthcare practice, research, education, and regulatory compliance. He serves as President and CEO of Mid Atlantic PharmaTech Consultants, LLC, where he provides expert guidance in clinical pharmacy, controlled substance compliance, drug diversion prevention, and healthcare auditing. In parallel, he has been an Adjunct Clinical Professor at Temple University School of Pharmacy since 2009, contributing extensively to professional training and curriculum development. Dr. Breve holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Colorado, an MBA in Pharmaceutical Marketing from Saint Joseph’s University, and undergraduate degrees in Pharmacy and Psychology from Temple University. Dr. Rabab Hassan Elshaikh is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Medical Laboratory Sciences at A’Sharqiyah University, Ibra, Oman, with over 18 years of professional experience in academic teaching, clinical diagnostics, laboratory supervision, and quality management. She holds a Ph.D. in Medical Laboratory Science (Hematology) from Al Gezira University, Sudan, along with advanced qualifications in Tropical Medicine, Business Administration, Quality and Safety in Health Laboratories, and Computer Science. Her multidisciplinary academic background enables her to integrate scientific rigor, clinical relevance, and administrative excellence in both research and professional practice. Dr. Elshaikh’s research focuses primarily on hematological disorders, immunohematology, molecular diagnostics, transfusion medicine, and clinical pathology, with particular emphasis on beta-thalassemia, iron deficiency anemia, coagulation disorders, hemoglobinopathies, autoimmune diseases, and infectious diseases. She has made significant contributions to improving diagnostic accuracy through the development and validation of laboratory indices, molecular characterization techniques, and advanced analytical tools. Her recent research also explores the integration of artificial intelligence and personalized medicine in disease diagnosis and management, particularly in HIV, autoimmune disorders, metabolic syndrome, and liver diseases. Dr. Goh Hui Weng is a Senior Lecturer at the River Engineering and Urban Drainage Research Centre (REDAC), Engineering Campus, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), and a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers Malaysia as well as a Chartered Engineer with the Institution of Engineering and Technology, UK. Since joining REDAC in 2016, he has been actively engaged in interdisciplinary research, consultancy, and academic leadership focused on sustainable urban water management, nature-based solutions, and environmental safety systems. His core research interests include stormwater best management practices, constructed wetland systems, bioretention technologies, water resources management, and environmental, health, and safety governance in infrastructure and industrial settings. Dr. Goh has led and contributed to numerous nationally and internationally funded research projects, including Long-Term Research Grant Scheme (LRGS), Fundamental Research Grant Scheme (FRGS), Malaysia Research University Network (MRUN), and international collaborative grants. His work addresses critical challenges related to urban runoff treatment, nutrient and pollutant removal, phytoremediation, rainwater harvesting safety, and sustainable wastewater management in tropical environments. Through field-based experiments, pilot-scale systems, and integrated modeling approaches, he has developed innovative solutions that enhance water quality, ecosystem resilience, and climate adaptation strategies.
